- The app is not always responsive - no clear requirements for renewal - renewal ask for residency stamp, which is not used anymore! - the app bottom menu overlap with other consoles on Samsung s21

Fast and quick Big improvement from last year I choosed 4 stars because i had a little problem in the application and it can't solved except by making appointment with Hayakum Team, and the nearest appointment date was after one month, which is not acceptable for those who have urgent cases for renewal, I called the call center to help me they said no option except you have to wait for your appointment to solve. So I waited 1 month to solve it. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I can't login, I don't understand why the customer service not answering my phone or emails, they have a serious issues to reply to any questions or comments, this application needs a lot of improvement, we can't register because of the error, imagine you can't order you pills and medicines because of this error and no response to the CALLS. SHAME ON YOU THIQA AND DAMAN
