My money has been stuck in their wallet for over a week. They don't process the request to move the money out of their account. They are not adding my beneficiary bank in order to eventually transfer the money out. Calling support leaves me hanging on the phone for over 30min without ever picking up the call. Emailing did not receive any response other than an out of office automated reply. Using their support form and opening a ticket that way was also useless. Worst experience ever!

An useless app. my sign-in request is under approval for more than ONE month. apparently they are just collecting personal data like id and passports but not going to provide any service. one must be forced to use it as there are plenty of competitive alternatives.

Very complex. I had very bad experience. In a country like UAE where government services are best in class and better than private sector, this tool is one of worst i have seen and can't be used as a wallet for sure!
