I am writing to bring to your attention the unacceptable handling of my scheduled courier delivery. My order was scheduled for today, and despite waiting outside the office for hours from 12 noon onwards, I have yet to receive any update on the delivery time. I have made numerous attempts to contact customer care, only to be reassured that I would receive a call from the delivery boy within 20 minutes. It is distressing to note that despite multiple assurances, I am still left waiting.

Totally horrendous experience. I keep calling for an update of my parcel that is supposed to arrive in 8 days MAXIMUM. it has passed 16 days and still don't know it's status. I raised an international enquiry and no respond. Noone knows anything. Noone knows IF will arrive or IF it is lost!!

Rating the service, not just the app.. i usually receive shipments delivered by iMile, J&T, Ajex, TCS, Naqel, SMSA, even Aramex.. but only Empost asks for delivery fees which reaches AED 20 sometimes! While their app does not show any charges, my housemaid calls me while I'm at work to say some delivery guy is at the door asking for money... so frustrating.. learn from the others PLEASE. I wish i can contact the shippers to ask them to avoid Empost.
