EMX delivery service in the UAE is extremely poor and unreliable. There is no direct point of contact, and every attempt to reach customer support is handled only through an automated system, making it impossible to get urgent help or real assistance. What makes it worse is the tracking update showing “unsuccessful delivery,” even though no delivery attempt was actually made. No phone call, no message, and no contact was received at all. I even tried rescheduling, but no confirmation recieved.

very bad service and very cheap fraud teams because it's happened to me second time I send my location everything in WhatsApp but after that the delivery teams and delivery man who is the delivering he told this is not his location another guy location every time whenever make shipment delivery cmx with its very very drama and very very fraud don't trust anyone

Unprofessional at its peak. Delivery guy calls at 9am in morning says that he will not deliver at schedule time in afternoon and wastes time of customer during busy working hours. Customer care says only escalate but dont do anything.
