Too much slow service they informed me on date 23/03/26 on WhatsApp about my shipment but still not received two times given schedule. Aramex is best service provider than EMX. They delivery after schedule same day or next day. Here 10 day left still not received no information when delivery. too much bad service I never seen like this service in UAE.

Extremely disappointed with the service and customer support

too much bad experience with emx. disgusting. they don't know how to deliver the items. even you will afraid that now my items are where in UAE. because from last 4 days the items neither returning towards the sender nor received by the receiver
