EMX delivery service in the UAE is extremely poor and unreliable. There is no direct point of contact, and every attempt to reach customer support is handled only through an automated system, making it impossible to get urgent help or real assistance. What makes it worse is the tracking update showing “unsuccessful delivery,” even though no delivery attempt was actually made. No phone call, no message, and no contact was received at all. I even tried rescheduling, but no confirmation recieved.

why other company sent my items to me with this garbage or unresponsive company now about 20 day I can't collect my items because this garbage company doesn't sent me they code to collect my items , it sent me a code which is not working at collecting point still they don't send an other code 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Too much slow service they informed me on date 23/03/26 on WhatsApp about my shipment but still not received two times given schedule. Aramex is best service provider than EMX. They delivery after schedule same day or next day. Here 10 day left still not received no information when delivery. too much bad service I never seen like this service in UAE.
