really bad experience. customer support is not responding. Send email regarding lost items and asked to wait multiple times. no update till now and all the lost items and expensive. not happy at all.

The worst treatment, I sent my Emirates ID through them from Abu Dhabi to Dubai 10 days ago and they have not delivered it yet and they do not want to return it. Tomorrow I want to call the police to ask for help so that they can return my ID to me. I have been fined because of them. This is the last time I will deal with them.
