I downloaded this app because the website would not allow me to schedule my shipment; turns out that in the app not only I cannot see my current shipment, but even previous shipments history is empty. On top of that, the app asked to confirm the phone change even though "new" number was identical to old one (the only one).

They were suppose to deliver my parcel on time as it arrived earlier than expected. Yet it kept getting delayed. The delivery driver even kept lying saying due to high number of orders there will be slight delays. Untill i go visit the center personally to check after three weeks of waiting only to find out they lost my order. And now they refuse to refund/compensate for the loss. Absolutely terrible service. Being one of the oldest company in the industry they set a bad example in history.
