really bad experience. customer support is not responding. Send email regarding lost items and asked to wait multiple times. no update till now and all the lost items and expensive. not happy at all.

emirates post is like a blackhole. if you buy anything from oversea wish it does not come through emirates post because they will make you pay twice. either by mistake, or fraud! recently i received items from Temu all items received for free except for emirates post they made me pay 3 times the price of the item I bought . very tiny item!!! any one hold them responsible? I wish PMO office audit them again for their incompetence
