About this app

Fakhruddin HRMS is the official workforce app for the authorized personnel of organizations that use the Fakhruddin HRMS platform. It brings everyday HR tasks — attendance, leave, payroll information, documents, and requests — into one simple, secure app.

Note: Fakhruddin HRMS is a business (B2B) app. Accounts are created and managed by your organization's HR team; you cannot sign up on your own. You select your organization at sign-in and log in with the credentials provided by your employer.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Attendance — Record geo-tagged attendance punches from approved locations. Location is used only while you're using the app; it is never tracked in the background.
• Leave — Apply for leave, track balances, and follow the approval status of your requests.
• Payroll — View your payroll information and download payslips.
• Documents — Access employment documents, payslips, and company policies, and preview or save them to your device.
• Requests — Submit and track loans, salary advances, claims, requisitions, and other HR requests.
• Approvals — Managers and approvers can review and act on pending transactions on the go.
• Notifications — Get timely alerts for approvals, payouts, and HR updates.
• Security — Sign in securely, with credentials stored using your device's protected storage. You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time from the Profile tab.
