Too many bugs in the app. It's listed my child as the account owner after the last update and doesn't allow me to fix that as the keyboard never pops up. It sends notifications for earlier appointments, but when you click to book, it asks you to sign in with the phone number but never sends the OTP to it. This is in spite of already being signed in on the app!

This app is useless. It wasn't the first time, yesterday I booked an appointment for today using the app, I received an SMS confirming the booking, but when I arrived today for the appoitment, I was surprised they denied any appointment, forcing me to return home, which is 50 km away, due to mismanagement. Even the customer service representative said they are not responsible for the app or any appointments made through it. As a result, we decided not to return back to this hospital.

Our team investigated the incident and confirmed that an appointment was created through the app but in error, your husbands name was selected. We changed the name on the appointment but, as we understand, there was a short delay to see the doctor and you decided not to wait. Now app is asking for new verification and dob but you can't add the year except by going through month by month. Total waste of time and why is it asking for Emirates id again you have that and all my insurance details. This is really pathetic...still no update and still not working even after multiple complaints to your call centre and to your app support.....
