Ratings and reviews

The app is incredibly buggy to the point where it didn't take more than 5 minutes to experience bugs and crashes. And not only is it buggy but the interface is absolutely terrible, it looks like it was made for Android 4. The app also has no option except for Whatsapp when it comes to sending OTP messages? This really shouldn't be the case. Overall a poorly developed and poorly maintained app.

App constantly crashes, when it does open it is slow, the key pad isn't always in sync with what comes up on the screen. Often I get notications but the app won't open them to reply to messages. When intry to upload text on the stories, tie text changes size between typing and posting so the message gets cut off from people trying to read it. Worst app I've ever used in regards to schools and keeping regular contact between the school and stakeholders.

Taking a whopping 10 minutes, and unfortunately, it crashes within seconds. Despite numerous complaints, it's disappointing that the developers haven't taken action to resolve these issues promptly.
