Ratings and reviews

The process to book an appointment is frustrating. You have to enter an otp every time you want to SEE the appointment dates. It would be much more convenient if you could see the available appointments first before asking for OTP. Secondly, after completing registration, the app screen turned black with no indication of what's going on. I didn't receive a registration email, I don't know my registration number, I can't register again because my phone number is already in use.

It's such a useless app. Not able to see any reports. Half of the time, the app doesn't work. This app doesn't work properly ever since they introduced. Not able to add any family members. Not able to make an appointment. Not able to see any report. Not recommended this app at all. Just downloaded the latest version as you said. Still same useless app.

The application is not allowing to dowload the reports, it is asking for password. Even after entering the password, it is showing invalid password. The application has been reinstalled twice. The problem was reported to the reception and they said this will be fixed by the department I visited. However, that department confirmed that this will be fixed by the reception, basically a sort blame-game. Not sure whom should I contact to resolve the issue.
