The app is simply unusable. It simply wouldn't open. I tried to install it again and now I can't even log in as the reset password link never gets sent....Also it's ridiculous that I need to book to use the gym. So if the app is not working I lose my right to use the facilities? I pay a lot of money to live in this community and that's mostly because of the facilities. Please review this rule. All residents have access cards. That should be enough!

This app is terribly faulty, big after bug never works, gets me through UAE pass and says sessions expired need to log in again. Never works, never ending circle, and es, I have updated, deleted and re download this app like 20 times and never works. For the only thing this works is to send notifications asking if I'm still residing... Nevertheless I cant update contract or anything. Useless.

Very bad app and point of contact Anisia everytime I report an issue with the app keeps telling me to delete the app and reinstall again and for the past two years I did this almost more than 29 times and now app is not working properly and it keeps circles on and on but never stop so I have been told again to delete the app and reinstall but sorry I am not going to do it again, you should fix the issues at your side, what a bad service!!
