About this app

Repute Desk replaces paper visitor logbooks with a secure, searchable workflow for approved building staff.

Record visitor arrivals and checkouts
• Scan Emirates IDs on-device or enter details manually
• Capture building-configured visitor information and optional document photos
• Keep today's visitors and pending checkouts visible
• Search the assigned staff logbook and review visit details
• Switch between assigned buildings
• Protect access with provisioned staff accounts and role-based permissions

Repute Desk is for authorized staff at organizations already using Repute. Accounts are provisioned by the customer organization; there is no public sign-up. Connectivity is required for loading records, creating visits and completing checkouts.

Privacy and security
Visitor information is encrypted in transit, with sensitive fields protected before database storage. Android backups are disabled. Temporary document-photo drafts are cleared after use, on sign-out, when the app leaves the foreground and when the signed-in account changes.

What’s new

Fixed guard visitor submissions so typed details and document evidence are preserved across validation or upload errors. Activity counts and mobile document scanning behavior are also corrected.
