Very bad customer support. Can't add beneficiary account. Not happy at all.

With the correct username and password it doesn't login in first try always. Everytime I have try 2-3 times. Now today it's not even accepting my full password. Like for example if my password is 25 characters it's is letting me type 15 characters only in password feild. I have been using this app since quite long. Since it was called paymax. Till now the app doesn't work fine. Not just me a few more friends had login issue too. I tried using Google saved passwords also , even that didn't work.

disappointed. this lari app is full.of drama. mobile app is not working. through web browsers u can not monitor ur account and even in app is almost impossible to register. everything they are saying to u at the branch is a lie. one staff told me mobile app has been activated but when i am trying still asking to go to branch or call bla bla bla.
