About this app

Zevra Orders is the counter and kitchen app for cafes, bakeries and food spots that take pickup orders through their own Zevra shop site.

Sign in with your shop login and each person on shift takes the till with their own PIN.

ORDERS AS THEY LAND
Every new order rings until someone takes it. Move it from new to preparing to ready with one tap, see exactly what the customer asked for, and their phone shows the same progress. Settle payment at the counter and the order is collected.

A KITCHEN SCREEN
Pair a tablet on the wall as a kitchen display: every ticket with its own timer, overdue ones flagged, tap to bump.

PRINT TICKETS
Connect an 80mm receipt printer over wifi, LAN or Bluetooth. Print a receipt at the counter and a plain ticket in the kitchen, by hand or automatically the moment an order lands.

STAMP CARDS
Scan a customer's loyalty card at the counter to add a stamp or give their reward.

Zevra Orders is for shops that already have a Zevra shop site. Setting one up, and managing the menu, hours and sales, happens at zevra.ae.

What’s new

Busy mode: in a rush, the owner or a manager can switch it on from the Orders screen and every new order is quoted a few minutes longer. Messages at the bottom of the Orders screen now show properly, and refund messages name the right payment provider.
