Hi, I made a transfer using ur app on 25th Feb @sendcashafrica It's more than 24hrs now and I'm yet to receive the funds in my bank account. Your team said the transaction failed and requested for my wallet address. Ive provided my wallet address for a refund and also a new bank account for receipt of funds as also requested. I'm yet to receive a refund or credit into my bank account up till now.
