Ratings and reviews

Customer service is nonexistent when it comes to your actual account. I had no issues with the actual app, but I had no use for it anymore due to my job change. So plan for an extremely inconvenient and painful process to delete/deactivate your account. It's not available from your profile, then Google might deem it a sketch site, then when you email support with your grievance, you get sent to a URL to create a new login for your "request". So red flag after all that.

Highly unprofessional team working at airtm don't know how to handle your money they charge dynamic pricing and the exchange rates can change any moment like you are their only customer they take various fees and always provide you with the worst exchange rate possible and longer transaction time and always have some issue or other onging while accepting or sending funds. The cashier option after getting eligible is the worst choice one can make to invest in their time you totally not worth it

yet another Edit. my experience is not only terrible but highly frustrating. i tried doing my kyc about 7 days ago and got suspended almost instantly after 3 trials. after completing my KYC with customer service I can't still use my account. for reasons not stated. I can't move funds within into and out of my account and the worst part is customer service is not responding to me anymore. #3431095 is my ticket number
