Ratings and reviews

Customer service is nonexistent when it comes to your actual account. I had no issues with the actual app, but I had no use for it anymore due to my job change. So plan for an extremely inconvenient and painful process to delete/deactivate your account. It's not available from your profile, then Google might deem it a sketch site, then when you email support with your grievance, you get sent to a URL to create a new login for your "request". So red flag after all that.

My only gripe is that the fees can be a bit high at times, but the convenience and reliability make it worth it. 🚀👎 Great for freelancers, remote workers, and anyone needing smooth cross-border payments! 🔐✨

The level of unprofessionalism I have witnessed here is unheard of. this is my first time using the platform and I am disappointed. over 2hr10 min and I'm waiting for an agent to confirm payment. I have even said I am no longer interested, that my money should be refunded into my account but nothing has been done about it. give back my money
