BACK TO 1 STAR! They have froze my account and refused to give me the money that I have been trying to withdraw. Updated to 3 stars. Still glitchy, and they've since removed the option to withdraw fiat to your bank. The ONLY option is USDC - Stellar, which very very few wallets support for whatever reason. CS has been more responsive and helpful than before. HOWEVER, their system has been down to withdraw USDC for the past couple weeks, so I don't have any access to the funds in the account SCAM

Customer service is nonexistent when it comes to your actual account. I had no issues with the actual app, but I had no use for it anymore due to my job change. So plan for an extremely inconvenient and painful process to delete/deactivate your account. It's not available from your profile, then Google might deem it a sketch site, then when you email support with your grievance, you get sent to a URL to create a new login for your "request". So red flag after all that.

I like to use the app as it look easier and straightforward to use than the website one. However, there was one glaring weakness and that was when I minimized and later came back, it took time to load. I hope that will be fixed.
