Customer service is nonexistent when it comes to your actual account. I had no issues with the actual app, but I had no use for it anymore due to my job change. So plan for an extremely inconvenient and painful process to delete/deactivate your account. It's not available from your profile, then Google might deem it a sketch site, then when you email support with your grievance, you get sent to a URL to create a new login for your "request". So red flag after all that.

My experience with Airtm has been extremely disappointing. After receiving a legitimate payment, my account was suddenly limited for compliance checks. I submitted all required KYC documents, including ID, video verification, and proof of address. Since then, support has stopped responding completely. My funds remain stuck with no update or timeline. Ticket raised: #3221908. Very poor communication and unreliable support.
