Customer service is nonexistent when it comes to your actual account. I had no issues with the actual app, but I had no use for it anymore due to my job change. So plan for an extremely inconvenient and painful process to delete/deactivate your account. It's not available from your profile, then Google might deem it a sketch site, then when you email support with your grievance, you get sent to a URL to create a new login for your "request". So red flag after all that.

Airtm pushes a 50% first deposit bonus but buries the fact that their virtual Visa cards are region-locked and unavailable in certain countries (like BiH). You deposit funds expecting a usable card, only to find out you have to jump through P2P hoops—like routing to PayPal or a local bank—just to access your money.
