Customer service is nonexistent when it comes to your actual account. I had no issues with the actual app, but I had no use for it anymore due to my job change. So plan for an extremely inconvenient and painful process to delete/deactivate your account. It's not available from your profile, then Google might deem it a sketch site, then when you email support with your grievance, you get sent to a URL to create a new login for your "request". So red flag after all that.

The most annoying app and they have very poor customer support. They temporarily blocked my account without any reason, when I chatted with the support I only got "you are no longer our customer and you can no longer use our services" without any explanation to why they are blocking me. I feel very frustrated and it's unfair. I'm not rating it at all because I was not satisfied with the service given.
