I can’t complete registration even though I have an active insurance policy. After email verification, the app requires scanning a national ID card, but I am a permanent resident in Croatia and have a residence permit, which the app does not accept. There is no alternative authentication method, which is unusual for this type of app. Hopefully this will be improved soon.

Cannot use the fit rewards and program because the app does not sync data at all. And yes it has the rights. There is also no way to try and reset the option unless you want to lose all progress

While i try twice to login or, making new login process then asking always scan the card but i have a orange color osiguranje card and i try to scan as showed process by app but file not found said always. Is there any other insurance plan for this processor if there i want to join kindly advice me how to complete the process because i received many email to join moja osiguranje but i can not finding the solution kindly help me by IT person to complete it. Thank you
