hugely disappointing - anxiety inducing! 4 different dollar amounts... actual amount charged to my account = different!! information isn't available or disclosed clearly. support from AGL is dismissive. "cheers for the feedback" kind of style ... and I'm trapped for the rest of a year to get the promised bonus sign up credit... also not properly disclosed at the start.

absolute garbage. everytime I just want to see my bill or how much power I use, I need to log in (because you automatically log out of the app everytime) than wait for you to send me a message with a code.. then put my password in AGAIN, all for a blank white webpage that says nothing but "not available"... do I need to spend 50 minutes on the phone to you idiots everytime I want to use this app?????

l can say it is still 'Hit & Miss' - data works ok with readings for awhile but then suddenly missing. 2/11/2023 I have found that this app has a few issues - some data is missing during this last quarter. Shows what l have used but missing my solar input on a number of days. Cannot understand why. Contacted AGL about this - told to check for an update of app ( did update - no fix). Let's see what Bill says compared to my own records...... l had to complain last time your account was a bit out.
