Ratings and reviews

Its advertised as showing battery information but this doesn't appear at all and I've been a customer for 2 months. Multiple calls suggest I keep waiting but at this point it sounds like false advertising as it shouldn't take that long for such a feature to work.

What a useless system. If you want me to pay your bill just send me an invoice not just a figure. I need to check my useage and downloading the App just goes round in circles. Time to change suppliers after 1 month

I tried more than 10 times to update my payment details, it's saying saved, but when you want to pay it again shows the previous one, even I have removed the previous one from payment method. it needs to be fixed.
