It looks great and is easy to navigate. But doesn't give you notifications of bills due, or released bills. Bills are confusing to read and aren't always accurate. I have to rely on text messages and emails when a bill is overdue, even though all notifications are on. Bill smoothing is confusing, and isn't specified clearly in the app (it just appears as a normal bill). Could definitely be easier

I have just been told that I had been charged for off peak and peak separately because I have a smart metre, though I didn't sign up for it. App also failed to show me the current chrages and plan. Overall agl are the worst service providers they hide all important information.

Worked for first few weeks, now is useless. Stopped showing usage & feed-in data & updated costs so is now pointless . Messaging help conversation disappeared like it never existed & I had to start again, going through the bot then a person.. but if you have to reply to the person with a question, good luck! Terrible app with terrible app support. So, I take my 5 star review back which initially read: Great app. If only Westpac app could manage something like this.
