For past couple of months data usage was 3-4 days behind. And now it is getting worst with more than a week behind. Even billing took a week to reflect on app. Submitted report on link supplied by agl to most comments here, no use.
A little less info than you might get on the website, but it's a quick way to get the most important bits. It might be behind a day or two on usage, but that really doesn't matter to me. Just tested paying a bill with a card on the app and it was flawless.
Like so many others usage data out of date. It's Tuesday night and it has up to Friday usage. Can't see how this let's you stay on top of usage.
