This is not a finished app, in my opinion. It includes features that allow Armstrong customers to view their bill, pay their bill, view their internet usage report, check their total data allotment, check their remaining monthly data allotment, add or remove services, and manage their account and services all from their smart phone, however there is a huge issue that needs addressed. That issue that there is no email feature in this app. It does have a link that opens your email on the browser.

Armstrong has the worst TV lineup I have ever seen. I waited 4 months for them to be able to hook up TiVo due to the coronavirus, although the state had been open for over a month. Once they did come to install it they never programmed remotes They were issues between the modem and the TiVo. I had to call and demand sternly someone come out to fix these problems. They kept telling me to go to the website for tips and tricks to take care of the issues! $200/mos👎

They really need to have a much better updated working app. It is horrible. They are an internet/ phone/ tv provider...you would think that they would have a good working app! It reflects very poorly on them.
