ArcaWorker is the employee app for Arca, the workforce management platform healthcare facilities use to run scheduling, time and attendance, and staffing.

If your facility uses Arca, ArcaWorker gives you your schedule, your punches, your timecards, and your team chat in one place.

YOUR SCHEDULE
See the shifts you are assigned to and what is coming up.

CLOCK IN AND OUT
Punch in at the start of a shift and out at the end. ArcaWorker checks your location when you punch so your facility can confirm the punch happened on site.

TIMECARDS
Review the hours that have been recorded for the shifts you worked.

TEAM CHAT
Message your team and your facility. Send photos and voice messages as well as text.

NOTIFICATIONS
Get push notifications for schedule changes and new messages.

WHO CAN USE ARCAWORKER
ArcaWorker is for staff at facilities that use Arca. Accounts are set up by your employer and there is no public sign-up. You sign in with your work phone number and a one-time code sent to it by text.

ABOUT LOCATION
ArcaWorker collects precise and approximate location to verify that shift punches happen at your assigned work site. Location is only accessed while the app is open and you are using it. ArcaWorker does not collect location in the background.

ArcaWorker is free to use. There are no ads and no in-app purchases.
