I love this application. Although I am not a pro user, I have maintained a streak of 162 days. However, following the recent updates, the number of cases available for free users has reduced significantly; the cases I encounter now are predominantly followup cases or those at the attending/specialist level, which necessitate a pro subscription to solve. I have spent the last 30 mins trying to find a case to maintain my streak, but I think it's not possible now. Honestly, it's quite disheartening

It's a very good app to brush up knowledge. Just one suggestion, ENT and ophthalmology should be seperate as they are clearly nowhere similar in practical field. Grouping them together dilutes their importance and makes it difficult to solve cases pertaining to the specific subject.

It gives a great mental challenge, best if you have studed a condition, then trying out how far you've understood, more clinical case could be placed great for students, clinicians or any trying to grasp part of the medical field
