About this app

Barlytics helps bars and restaurants manage beverage inventory faster.

Upload an invoice, count your bottles, and see what's on hand — all in one place.

HOW IT WORKS

Upload invoices by snapping a photo. Barlytics extracts the line items — product, size, quantity, price — and adds them to your inventory.
Count bottles with a purpose-built keypad. Tap whole bottles or estimate partials. Organize counts by zone — main bar, back bar, storage.

See your stock at a glance. Know what's in stock, what's running low, and what's out.

KEY FEATURES

• Invoice scanning — snap a photo, line items extracted automatically
• Bottle counting — keypad with partial-bottle estimation
• Zone-based counting — organize by bar, storage room, or custom areas
• Stock levels — in stock, running low, or out
