CleanFlow Ops is a field-service operations app for cleaning and facility-services companies. Schedule jobs, dispatch crews, verify work with photo checklists, and track hours from one place — on the phone your team already carries.

Built for owners, managers and cleaners who work on the move. CleanFlow Ops works in English and Spanish, and keeps working when the signal drops.

JOB SCHEDULING AND DISPATCH
• Create one-off or recurring jobs and assign them to employees
• Job board with live status: scheduled, in progress, completed

• Optional Google Calendar connection

GPS CLOCK-IN AND TIMESHEETS
• Employees clock in and out at the job site, confirmed by GPS location
• Automatic timesheets built from real clock-in and clock-out records
• Forgotten clock-outs are closed automatically so hours stay clean
• Managers review hours by employee, job and date range

PHOTO CHECKLISTS AND QUALITY

WHY LOCATION AND CAMERA ACCESS
• Location is used to confirm that a clock-in or clock-out happened at the assigned job site. It is shared with your employer, not with third parties.
• The camera is used to attach photos to job checklists.

CleanFlow Ops is a tool for businesses. You sign in with an account created by your company. There is no public sign-up for individual consumers.
