It's definitely not a good one. I have done many surveys app and have never ran into the issues I have woth this app. They DO NOT PAYOUT fast! It takes upto 48 hours to get a gift card because they do not let you use your PayPal. It took so long to get that 12.50 before I could washout and now I'm stuck waiting on a gift card. get real! Once I receive the payout if I ever do I will definitely be deleting this app. Highly disappointed.

I've been using this app for a long time now. it takes a bit of getting use to since you won't or don't qualify for everyone you choose., also the amount takes a lot of getting use to, because the fees are a large sum all of the time, and then there are the times (sporadic) when some of the links or surveys don't work. That can be a pain but you can make a ticket if it freezes,etc. Anyway, I wish they would post larger amounts so it wouldn't take so long to get to the $12.50 cash out amount.

The customer service for this app is NON-EXISTENT. All I ever get is a bot that can't answer my questions or help with any issues. I've emailed MultiPolls multiple times and never received a response. Many times I complete surveys, but don’t get paid at the end. There’s no way to get in touch with real support. Extremely frustrating.
