About this app

Bootpay Seller Manager is a mobile manager for sellers who accept payments via Bootpay.

You can complete order confirmations, send invoices, answer inquiries, and verify payments directly on your phone, even without sitting in front of a PC.

[Home - Showing Tasks to Handle Now]

· View today's incoming orders and sales on a single screen.

· Display tasks requiring manual intervention first, such as inquiries to answer and orders awaiting payment.

[Orders]

· Check order lists, details, shipping status, and cancellation/refund requests.

· Processing history remains, allowing you to retrace what changed and when.

[Invoices]

· Create an invoice containing a payment link and send it to the customer.

· Check payment status of sent invoices in the list and resend them.

[Products]

· Register products and modify prices, inventory, and visibility.

· Upload product photos directly from your phone.

[Customer Inquiries]

· View mall members and purchase history.

· Notify the customer when you answer a product inquiry.

** [Deposit Confirmation]

· Reads deposit notifications sent by banking apps and matches them with pending deposit orders.

· The original notification text is kept on the device, and only the information necessary for the exchange is sent to the server.

· This feature operates only if the user explicitly grants access to notifications, and it can be turned off at any time.

[Notifications and Security]

· Notifies you via push notifications when new orders, inquiries, or deposits occur.

· Prevents unauthorized access through app locks (fingerprint or face).

· Login tokens are stored in the device's secure storage, and all communications are encrypted.

This app requires a Bootpay merchant account to use. If you do not have an account, you can sign up directly within the app.
