Founded in 2021, BeSide Korea provides unique platform services for preparing and executing activist campaigns. We are taking the lead in resolving this ‘Korea discount’ together with domestic listed companies, public enterprises, asset management companies, and minority shareholder associations. We have conducted numerous campaigns including SM Entertainment, Kumho Petrochemical, 7 domestic banking stocks, BYC, KT&G, Namyang Dairy Products, Korea Zinc, and Hanmi Science, and have consistently launched various services such as contests, integrated delegation, shareholder Q&A, and campaign strategy consulting. We aim to contribute to the development of domestic investment culture and plan to continue to innovate the market in the future.
