Ratings and reviews

this product is fantastic-I give it 4.7-even though it is not perfect. Since I do everything on Android (phone/tablet) and some key functionalities are only available on desktop, it's frustrating. the notes and transcripts are so good I am giving them a pass for now.

After researching multiple AI meeting summary offerings I selected circleback. what a mistake. I used their app in 4 in person meetings. 3 transcribed and summarized successfully (the summaries were pretty good) HOWEVER one meeting failed. the recording itself appeared successfully in the app, but was lost. their support acknowledged the issue was due to a bug in their software but was unable to unwilling to assist in recovering the recording. Stay away. More mature reliable options exist.

the support option is not in the Android app like it is on the web or PC version. if you are waiting on a response then you can miss it if you are away from your PC.
