ClassOne is an AI academy management app designed for academy directors and instructors.
From attendance checks to payment management, grading, and communication with parents—it consolidates academy tasks previously scattered across multiple apps into one.

■ Attendance Management
Record class attendance with a single tap. App notifications are immediately sent to parents and students whenever attendance, tardiness, or absences change.
■ AI Automatic Grading
Take a photo of an answer sheet, and the AI will read and grade it. Correct/incorrect answers and weak topics are automatically organized for each question, allowing you to use the time previously spent grading for student guidance.
■ Entrance Test and Class Assignment
Grade a new student's answer sheet to receive a skill analysis and class placement recommendations.
■ Vocabulary Test
Set a specific range and deadline for the test; students can take it directly within the app, and grading and records are automatically saved. Upon passing, stamps are accumulated and reflected in the grade-level rankings.
■ Payment Management
Check each student's payment status and outstanding payments on a single screen. You can view schedules by class and month to immediately identify any missed payments.
■ Notices and Communication Board
When you write a notice, it is delivered to parents via app notification. You can attach photos and videos, and view the academy's schedule at a glance on the calendar.
■ Consultation Messenger
Parents can consult directly with the assigned teacher within the app. Conversations that were previously scattered across phone calls and messengers are organized and recorded by student.

A learning report is created by compiling attendance, grades, assignments, and class content. AI summarizes the learning flow, and the teacher reviews and delivers it to the parents.
