About this app

NOT AFFILIATED WITH ANY GOVERNMENT ENTITY. Complos is a private software product from Digideal LLC. We are not MassDEP, MassGIS, NEIWPCC, any other state environmental agency, or any Local Board of Health, and we are not authorized to provide or facilitate any government service. Complos is a workflow tool that helps certified septic inspectors prepare and file their own reports. Official sources are listed at the end.

Complos is the regulatory-compliance OS for septic system inspectors. Built for the muddy iPhone in the dirt driveway — not the desk back at the office.

WORKFLOW

1. Pre-flight. Paste an address; Complos checks the property's environmental overlays — nitrogen-sensitive areas, watersheds, local Board of Health bylaws — before you ever break out the probe.

2. Inspect. Walk your state's official inspection form on the device you carry. Big touch targets, voice-to-text, offline-first drafts that sync when service returns.

3. Photo extraction. Snap a tank lid, distribution box, or your field pad. The vision model drafts field values. Every suggestion is something you accept or edit — Complos never auto-submits.

4. Sign + submit. The generated PDF mirrors the regulator's official format where it matters. Complos knows each town's submission method — email, ViewPoint Cloud, OpenGov Citizen Services, PermitEyes, paper, or the state ePLACE-style portal — and opens the right destination with your PDF attached.

KEY FEATURES

• Mobile-first inspection wizard with direct entry + AI vision
• Environmental + watershed lookup per property
• Local-bylaw overlay where towns layer rules on top of state code
• Per-town submission destination mapping
• Multi-firm; switch firms without re-login
• Offline-first; drafts survive no-signal field conditions
• Tracked Board of Health submission lifecycle (sent → acknowledged → revisions → accepted)

STATE COVERAGE

Massachusetts (Title 5, 310 CMR 15.301) is generally available today. Connecticut, Florida, Maine, New Hampshire, New York / Suffolk County (I/A OWTS), Pennsylvania, and Rhode Island are rolling out — sign up to be notified when your state opens for filings. Eighteen additional states (AZ, CA, CO, DE, ID, MD, MT, NC, NJ, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV, WY) have rule-tracking and coverage stubs in place for the next wave.

PRICING

Solo $129/mo or $1,290/yr. Firm $198/mo (2 seats, $99/seat after) or $1,980/yr. 7-day free trial, no credit card up front. Billing on complos.ai via Stripe; no in-app purchases. Cancel anytime.

YOU ARE THE CERTIFYING INSPECTOR

Complos is a tool you use; it does not certify, audit, or warrant any value you enter or any AI suggestion you accept. Before you sign and submit, you review every field. The professional liability and professional judgment are yours.

OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT SOURCES

Authoritative sources for the regulated workflows referenced in this app — Complos is not the publisher:

• NEIWPCC — the Title 5 System Inspector certifying body for Massachusetts: https://neiwpcc.org/our-programs/wastewater/onsite-wastewater/title-5/
• Commonwealth of Massachusetts ePLACE Portal — official e-filing destination for environmental records: https://eeaonline.eea.state.ma.us/EEA/PublicApp/

For rolling-out states (CT, FL, ME, NH, NY/Suffolk, PA, RI), the in-app state page links to each state's authoritative regulator at submission time.
