FanGao is a bill reminder built for Hong Kong. Water, electricity, Towngas, rates, management fees, credit cards — add each bill once and the app tracks every billing cycle for you.

Unlike a calendar event you can swipe away and forget, Time to Settle Up is deliberately persistent: from the due date onward it reminds you once a day, every day, until you open the app and tap "I paid already". Ignore it today, it's back tomorrow.

• Preset services with realistic billing cycles: water (every 4 months), electricity (every 2 months), Towngas, mobile, broadband, credit card, rates & government rent, management fee, insurance, tax
• Custom reminders for everything else — gym fees, tuition, subscriptions

REMINDERS THAT DON'T GIVE UP
• Optional heads-up before the due date (default 3 days, adjustable or off)
• From the due date: one reminder a day at the time you choose, until you mark it paid
• Time-Sensitive notifications on iOS, high-priority notifications on Android
• The app badge shows how many bills are still waiting

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Everything stays on your phone — no account, no sign-up, no server
• Payment history is kept locally so you can check when you last paid

• Add a bill in seconds: pick the service, set the first due date and reminder time
• Tap "I paid already" and the next cycle is scheduled automatically
