CoraBuild keeps a jobsite in one place — the plans, the photos, the punch list, the schedule — and puts it in the hands of the people actually doing the work.

Built for residential builders and remodelers who are tired of texting plan PDFs and chasing punch items through group chats.

WHAT YOU GET

• Plans and files by area. Organize drawings, specs and documents into the rooms and areas of the project, so a sub finds the cabinet plan without scrolling a shared drive.

• Photos and video. Capture progress by area, mark up an image right on the phone, and keep before and after shots attached to the item they belong to.

• Punch list. Track open, in-review and verified items across trades and areas, with photos, due dates and assignments. Trades close items out from their own view; you verify.

• Requests. Trades and homeowners submit change requests from the jobsite link. Approve or deny in a tap and the item lands on the punch list.

• Schedule. Tasks, milestones and dependencies in list, calendar or Gantt view, with lead-time reminders sent to the trades who need them.

• Overview dashboard. Live stats and recent activity per project: punch status, schedule progress, new files, recent photos and site visits.

• Homeowner portal. Share a curated progress feed with the client, comments and all, without handing over your file manager.

• Works offline. Plans, photos and punch items stay readable on site with no signal, and your edits sync when you are back in range.
