ReportAgent helps you create and document reports directly on-site. Customer and order data can be captured along with photos, videos, and audio recordings and then transferred to your own server.

CREATE DOCUMENTS FROM REPORTS

Various documents can be created from a report, for example:

• Visit reports
• Work instructions
• Training materials
• Summaries
• Quizzes

Photos, videos, and audio recordings included in the report can also be incorporated. The finished document can then be shared as a PDF or Word file.

This feature is available for accounts with administrator privileges.


SECURITY AND DATA PROTECTION

• Login via Keycloak with OAuth 2.0 / OIDC and PKCE

• Encrypted storage of tokens and configurations

• No tracking and no third-party analytics

• Data is stored on your own server

• Multiple servers can be set up and selected via QR code
