WHAT YOU GET

Ranked differential
Enter a presentation in free text or by dictation. Diagnify returns candidate diagnoses ranked and grouped into the tiers you already think in: most likely, must-not-miss, pitfalls, and masquerades.

Reasoning you can check
Contributing findings are shown with their positive and negative likelihood ratios, so you can see which parts of the history and examination are moving the estimate, and by how much. Many ratios in the knowledge base are modelled rather than taken from a published study; where that is the case it is labelled as modelled, so you can weigh it accordingly.

Red flag criteria
Red flag criteria for the presenting problem are shown alongside the differential, with the findings that would raise or lower each one.

Next steps
Suggested history questions, examination steps and investigations, tied to the diagnoses they would help separate.

Cited evidence
Supporting statements are retrieved from a curated clinical knowledge base and shown with their citations, so you can read the source rather than take the output on trust.

HOW IT WORKS

Diagnify combines retrieval from a curated, versioned clinical knowledge base with Bayesian updating over the findings you enter. Output is generated by large language models working over that knowledge base. Models can misread or misattribute a source, so citations are shown for you to check rather than to take on trust.

Diagnify is clinical decision support for registered health practitioners working within their own scope of practice.

Diagnify supports clinical reasoning. It does not make a diagnosis, does not direct treatment, and does not replace clinical judgement, history, examination or investigation. Everything it returns is information for the treating clinician to consider and to verify. The treating clinician remains solely responsible for the diagnosis, the management plan, and every decision taken for the patient. Confirm against your own assessment and your local guidelines before acting on anything shown here.

Diagnify makes no claim of regulatory clearance, approval, registration or certification in any jurisdiction.

CONDITIONS OF USE

Before the app can be used you are asked to confirm three things: that you are a registered health professional using Diagnify to support your own decisions; that you will not submit raw medical images or signals from another medical device for analysis; and that you remain the decision-maker and will verify the output against the cited sources.

PRIVACY AND AI PROCESSING

Clinical text you enter is processed by third-party AI providers to produce the output. Do not enter directly identifying patient details: de-identify before you type or dictate.
