DNPay – A DIGITAL PAYMENT APPLICATION IN A TESTING (SANDBOX) FRAMEWORK IN DA NANG
DNPay is a platform for converting digital assets to VND within a controlled testing (sandbox) framework in Da Nang. We provide a trial payment intermediary service, supporting the conversion of legal digital assets to VND for consumption, investment accumulation, and personal payments.
📍 SCOPE AND TARGET AUDIENCE • Geographical Limitation: Operates within a controlled sandbox at 3 locations (58 Nguyen Chi Thanh, 02 Quang Trung, 02 Nhu Nguyet) in Da Nang City. • Eligible Users: Only for users who have verified their identity (KYC) according to DNPay regulations and are within the testing area, including international tourists and businesses within the sandbox.
