About this app
Echo Agent helps members of LinqAlpha organizations capture and use meeting records on Android. An existing organization-managed LinqAlpha account with Echo access is required. Account creation is not available in the app.
Start a meeting to capture microphone audio and follow a live transcript and translation. Pause or resume the meeting, then create AI meeting notes after it ends. Ask questions about a saved meeting and keep the previous questions and answers with its notes and transcript.
Optionally connect the calendars already available on your Android device to see upcoming meetings and prepare for them. LinqAlpha sign-in does not add Google or Outlook calendars to the device. Calendar connection is not required to start a new meeting.
Meeting audio and the meeting library are stored on your device. Use Save as file to export a selected meeting as Markdown through Android's sharing interface. When you choose Share → Just me or Whole team, Echo uploads the selected meeting notes and available transcript to personal or organization Linq Drive. Audio recordings, local folders and meeting Q&A are not included in that Drive share.
Transcription and translation send microphone audio and language settings to Soniox. By default, a selected meeting's title, participant names, email local parts and domains, and related vocabulary can also be sent; this setting can be turned off. New meetings without a selected calendar event do not add calendar or stored-document context to Soniox.
AI features send meeting text, questions, and prior question-and-answer history to Anthropic. Meeting preparation can also use selected calendar details, attendee names and email addresses, relevant excerpts from related meetings and reference documents, and related wiki context. Related material may include meetings shared with you through Linq Drive. Optional wiki extraction can use the meeting title, note summary, transcript and translation, and stored entity ID, name, and type.
Echo explains these data flows and asks for consent before using connected speech and AI services. You can review data use or withdraw consent in Settings after ending a live meeting. Withdrawal stops subsequent processing until you agree again; it does not recall data already sent. Saved meetings remain readable.
