About this app

Goods In by Englander AI is for warehouse teams who run their purchase orders in Linnworks. Book in supplier deliveries on a Zebra scanner: pick the purchase order, scan each item as it comes off the pallet, and the app counts it against the right line. When the delivery is checked, one tap books it into Linnworks.

STOPS MISTAKES BEFORE THEY REACH YOUR STOCK
• A wrong item is refused and nothing is counted: "Not on this PO – set it aside"
• Scanning more than was ordered is refused
• Every scan gets a clear answer as a word, an icon, a sound and a vibration – never colour alone

WORKS THE WAY YOUR WAREHOUSE WORKS
• Two switches in Settings: count extras and raise the ordered quantity to match, or add items that aren't on the order
• Part deliveries: send what has arrived and the order stays open for the rest
• Type a code in by hand when a label won't scan

SAFE WITH YOUR STOCK FIGURES
• Before it writes, it re-reads the order. If someone changed it in Linnworks meanwhile, it merges the changes and warns you
• If the signal drops mid-send, it checks what already reached Linnworks before sending again, so a delivery is never booked twice
• Counts survive a flat battery or a closed app, and scanning carries on without Wi-Fi
• Before anything is sent, the screen says exactly what will happen, e.g. "Send 6 units to Linnworks now – after this the PO reads 6 of 7"

REQUIREMENTS
• A Linnworks account with Goods In installed from the Linnworks Application Store
• A Zebra Android scanner (the app sets up its own DataWedge profile)
• Android 8 or later

1. Install Goods In from the Linnworks Application Store
2. Install this app on your scanner
3. Sign up with the same email address as your Linnworks login and confirm it. The app connects to your Linnworks account by itself

PRIVACY
Purchase order data goes straight between your scanner and your Linnworks account. Your Linnworks access token stays on our server, never on the scanner. No ads.
