About this app

Evo Assistant is Evolus's work assistant: it lives on your phone and helps you keep your day together.

WHAT IT DOES
• Your daily brief: if you turn it on, in the morning it tells you what's ahead (meetings, mail, tasks) and in the evening it sums up how the day went and what's still open.
• Chat with memory: it remembers what you tell it and uses it when it helps. The memory stays on your phone, and you can read, correct or delete it at any time.
• Meetings: it records, transcribes and summarises, even with the screen locked, and gives you back decisions, action items and who said what.
• Your phone's mail, calendar and contacts: it reads and suggests, and writes only after you confirm.
• Voice: you can talk to it with voice messages and, if your organisation's plan includes it, in a continuous conversation with the voice you choose.
• Documents: it prepares PDF, Word, Markdown files and spreadsheets from what you discussed.
• Home-screen shortcuts, and sharing text, photos and files from other apps with "Share → EVO".
• Your organisation's services: if your company connected them, it can use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and the other services set up on Evolus.

PRIVACY
Memories, chats and behaviours stay in a database on your phone and are not synced to Evolus servers. To generate answers, content passes through Evolus servers and the model provider without being stored. Meeting recordings are uploaded for transcription and deleted from the server right after; the transcript and summary stay on the server, encrypted, for at most 7 days. The app sends error diagnostics without any content: you can turn them off from "You".

EVOLUS ACCOUNT
Evo Assistant works with an Evolus account. If you don't have one, you can sign up and create your organisation right from the app. You can delete your account at any time from "You" or from the Evolus portal.

SUBSCRIPTION AND CREDITS
Evo Assistant is activated with an in-app subscription, monthly (€24.99) or yearly (€249.99), including 85,000 credits a month. If you've never had a trial, you get 14 days free with 50,000 credits. If you run out of credits, you can buy a top-up of 25,000, 50,000 or 100,000 credits, valid for 12 months. Before your first purchase you accept the Evolus Terms of Use.
Payment is made through Google Play. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it: you can manage or cancel it at any time in Google Play, under Subscriptions.
