About this app
glacom.AI is the operational app for those managing customer support with the glacom platform.
From your phone, you can do what you would from the dashboard, without waiting to return to your desk:
CONVERSATIONS
View all your project conversations, from any channel: website, WhatsApp, email, and phone. Search by word, filter by channel, by rating, or by unanswered messages. When needed, you can take control of the conversation and respond instead of the automated assistant.
TICKETS
View open tickets, those pending, and closed tickets. Reply, open new ones related to a conversation, and keep track of priorities with response times.
ANALYSIS
Ask questions about your data in natural language—how many conversations this week, which topics come up most often, where customers complain—and receive answers with tables and graphs. You can schedule the same reports and receive them by email.
DESIGNED FOR WORKERS
Eight languages. Multiple projects, with a filter to switch between them. Notifications when something arrives that requires attention. It works even without an internet connection: what you write stays in the queue and is sent as soon as the network is restored. Voice dictation and attachments are available.
To use the app, you need an account on the glacom platform. If your company doesn't have one yet, you can request activation from the app itself.
