Extremely Disappointing Experience I truly regret trusting this company. They confirmed my booking, took the payment, asked for my exact Google Map location, gave me their morning and afternoon schedule, and promised someone would arrive on time. No one showed up!!!

This is one way of losing any potential clients. I have tried to download and use this app twice. Previously, I didn't like being asked to put my personal data and Pic on this app. Now, the second time I tried (thinking I will try putting my personal data), the phone verification system doesn't seem to work. First of all, if the company wants to protect employees from anonymous employers, there should be a way employers can directly share IDs. A serious need to simplfy app, and registration!

Much required service but please fix the issue with registration. I couldn't get a verification code for hours. I called the service center and was told to try with a VPN on, which didn't make sense but I did. Still doesn't work. A simple registration shouldn't be so difficult.
