Ratings and reviews

Much required service but please fix the issue with registration. I couldn't get a verification code for hours. I called the service center and was told to try with a VPN on, which didn't make sense but I did. Still doesn't work. A simple registration shouldn't be so difficult.

This is one way of losing any potential clients. I have tried to download and use this app twice. Previously, I didn't like being asked to put my personal data and Pic on this app. Now, the second time I tried (thinking I will try putting my personal data), the phone verification system doesn't seem to work. First of all, if the company wants to protect employees from anonymous employers, there should be a way employers can directly share IDs. A serious need to simplfy app, and registration!

What can I say about this app? Such a fantastic application, I have never seen an app with aesthetic UI, fast and fluid transitions, awesome features that does really work in our country. And above all our language preference is set for every terms the are found in the app. You guys should get more credits. But 1 thing for you guys to improve or add is, you have to provide the feature of being both hiring person and service provider, that's the only thing I can comment. STAY STRONG, WELL DONE.
