They finally fixed the app and it instructs you to sign up for a new account which will be merged with your old account. Fixed app works great.

I went today cause my daughter loves this place ( I do too). The update to their system is terrible it doesn't work. I had rewards and couldn't use them. My number and email won't work, and I can't even log into my account anymore. Sucks.

Love Candy Clouds drinks but app hasn't worked for me for a few days now. Just says something went wrong when I try to load into the order screen for the Rockford IL location. Please fix this so I can keep buying purple potions :)
