This app is attempting to solve a problem that doesn't exist. It's buggy, it takes forever to open doors, it often says there are "no doors to open," it has no rhyme or reason to the screens it shows, and I constantly have to restart it and put in the random code I was given at the outset. Opening the door routinely takes more than a minute. Give me a key card, a fob, or a metal key over this any day.

Half of the time you have to just cancel the unlocking process and restart it for the thing to actually work. Then, if you're really (un)lucky, it'll randomly log you out when opening the app! I wouldn't be NEARLY as annoyed by these things if it wasn't the only way to get into my damn apartment.

After I'm trying to work through connection issues in my apartment I tried to contact support through their app. While response time was fine, after chatting for a bit with support the app now crashes every time I open the chat support link. With this being the only way to connect to that previous chat it's very frustrating after I've given some device details. Make a ticket for this
