Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work well. The issues with connection and information provision are extremely worse than just Googling.

This model is a failure and weak compared to its competitors. It doesn't acknowledge the phrase "I don't know," doesn't deny specific information, and always changes the context and avoids the point I was asking about. Furthermore, it constantly apologizes for not answering and closes the conversation, leaving me unable to ask questions except by opening another chat. My account was suddenly suspended for no reason (which is good) because I would delete my account anyway.

I didn't give a low rating to discourage the developer; on the contrary, I want to point out some things the developer should pay attention to. I liked the speed of response to questions, but I encountered a strange problem when I tried to engage in a rather long conversation with them. I also noticed some design flaws in the bottom bar at the bottom of the screen, even though I'm using the latest version. I hope that Human Chat improves as soon as possible. Thank you.
