About this app

AgroPro is the receipt tool for businesses that buy agricultural products from producers — olive mills, packaging plants, cooperatives, fruit and vegetable traders.

The operator stands next to the scale with his mobile phone. He takes a photo of the reading, AgroPro reads the kilograms, the operator confirms. At the end, the producer receives a PDF receipt and the accounting department receives his details — without a notebook, without rewriting anything in the office.

• Weighing by bin, with a photo of the scale as proof
• Automatic reading of kilograms from the photo
• Limit check: if the actual kilograms are different from the expected ones, you see it immediately
• List of producers with VAT number, tax number, address and vehicle plate
• PDF receipt to the producer, with photos of the weighings inside

Operates with one hand. It continues to work when the signal drops and sends receipts as soon as it comes back. It asks for zero permissions from your phone.

GREEK DOCUMENTS

Records the producer’s VAT status (special or regular) and who transported the product, so that the correct movement and purchase document is generated.
