I really like this app, i tried the pro and loved it so much, i wanna upgrade to the master tier, every time I go to click on upgrade, it won't bring up the payment options. It just doesn't do anything. i'm not sure if there's a bug in the system. I also tried going to the website and doing but that didn't work either. Kept saying payment failed. I was trying to add my credit card so I can make a payment but it wouldn't let me do that either. so the app and website not workin. please help

It LOOKS good, but.. there are no instructions, the layout isn't intuitive, there's obviously functionality that exists but is impossible to tell how to do it, and it's impossible on most screens to tell where to click - resulting in a lot of wasted credits on video calls that weren't wanted. Post a guide and most of this problem goes away

I see alot of your responses how you are improving things and how sorry you are but the app just seems to stay the same a d insanely expensive cool app a bit glitchy but most of all insanely expensive even after you subscribe almost robbery I wouldn't recommend purchases in this app I dont know who came up with the prices but they are a ridiculous person for doing so
