Itaca is an AI clinical assistant for healthcare professionals and medical teams. It combines clinical documentation, an ambient AI medical scribe, patient records, document generation, and evidence-based answers in one app.

AI MEDICAL SCRIBE AND VOICE RECORDING

Record patient visits in person, by video, by phone, or through dictation. Itaca uses ambient listening, voice recognition, and AI medical transcription to turn the clinical conversation into a transcript and a structured draft note.

On mobile, an active recording can continue, even when you switch apps or lock your device. You can also record when your connection is unavailable; the session synchronizes when you are back online.

AI CLINICAL NOTES AND MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION

Review the transcript and generated clinical note after each consultation. Use templates adapted to your practice to prepare SOAP notes and other structured note formats.

Itaca organizes relevant clinical information from the visit, including key details and suggested ICD-10 codes. Review and edit the content before adding it to the patient record.

Generate patient instructions using the same clinical context, so the information discussed during the consultation remains connected to the note.

MEDICAL DOCUMENTS AND PDF FORMS

Prepare prescriptions, diagnostic orders, referral orders, summaries, reports, letters, certificates, and other medical documents.

Autofill insurance forms and other PDFs using patient information already recorded. Upload lab results, imaging reports, studies, photos, and clinical documents so relevant information can be extracted for your review.

Before the visit, patients can share their reason for consultation, relevant history, and supporting documents. Create questionnaires from your existing forms and review the responses before adding them to the patient record.
