Lacroo Pro is the all-in-one construction operations app for head contractors and their supplier crews. Run pre-shift safety briefings (prestarts), capture daily site diaries, track plant and equipment, and manage labour and supplier dockets — all from a single mobile app.

PRESTARTS — Sign on to your daily prestart by scanning a QR code; review tasks, hazards, and crew before work begins. Sign-ons are time-stamped and audit-tracked.

DIARIES — Capture activities, photos, voice notes, and weather throughout the shift. Entries are auto-attached to your project's daily diary so the project record builds itself.

PHOTOS — Take site photos with GPS tagging, captions, and on-image annotations. Uploaded automatically with bandwidth-aware processing — works on the worst site coverage.

PLANT REGISTER — See on-site equipment, hire dates, and dockets at a glance. Raise issues against any plant directly from the register.

VOICE NOTES — Speak your activity log into the diary. Voice is transcribed and structured automatically into diary entries you can edit.

OFFLINE-AWARE — Designed for poor coverage. Captures work offline, queues uploads, and re-tries when connectivity returns. You never lose a shift.

ENTERPRISE-READY — Microsoft Entra SSO, role-based access, full audit trail. Configurable issue types, statuses, and custom fields per project.
