keeps loosing connection or something at critical times. have to reset the device to factory settings to get it back. works like caca. i want my money back, this is rediculous, after waiting for like what seemed a year to receive it. nice idea, TERRIBLE PRODUCT. every few day it gets stuck on "catching up" with a transfer of 0%, and after hours of that, it never moves., kust sits there with rotating circle. tried restarting bluetooth, no help. tried rebooting pendant, no help. forget pen hel

The Dec 5 update is broken. The pendant stops listening every time the phone restarts and you have to go back into the settings and set the listen toggle back to on. The side button no longer works. The update also continually disconnects my hearing aids over and over along with other devices such as Android Auto. I have been trying to figure out what's wrong for over a week and the only thing that fixed my hearing aids disconnecting is to uninstall the Limitless app. needs immediate fix.

Application can't be used at all any more. Crashes immediately even after several re-installs. When app doesn't work the pendant becomes useless. Sad part is that tech support has not reposnded either even when sending detailed description and screens about the problem. I have spend 348$ for subscription + 129$ Pendant and I will that I was scammed. A lot of money for 2 months of usage. I also see that they no longer answer to Google Play comments either.
