Your agents answer customers on WhatsApp and web chat around the clock, working
only from your own price list and policies. This app is where you watch them
work: what came in today, which conversations turned into orders, and the ones
that need a person.

• Read every conversation your agents have had, on any channel.
• Get told the moment an order is recorded or an agent hands a conversation to
a human, with its own alert sound for each.
• Work the pipeline — filter leads by stage, channel, or whether they need you.
• Meet your agents — see who is live, what each one is for, and hear them
introduce themselves.
• Ask an agent about your own business. "How did today go?" "Anything waiting
on me?" It reads your workspace and answers.
