About this app

Minvy is a personal inventory for everything you own.

Photograph an item once and keep what matters with it: what it is, what it cost, what it's worth now, where it lives, its serial number, and when the warranty runs out. It stays searchable for as long as you own it.

CAPTURE WITHOUT THE DATA ENTRY
• Snap a photo and let Minvy suggest the name, category and description — you review before anything is saved
• Point at a shelf, a drawer or a whole room and it picks out the individual items for you to confirm in bulk
• Scan a short video of a room and pull the items out of the footage
• Import receipts from Gmail so the price and date come across with the item

ORGANISE IT YOUR WAY
• Group by category and by property or room
• Search across everything you own
• Attach receipts, manuals and warranty documents to the item they belong to
• Print QR labels for boxes so you know what's inside without opening them

KNOW WHAT IT'S WORTH
• Track purchase price and current value, with totals by category and by property
• Keep condition notes and history
• Export a property statement to PDF or Excel

SHARE ONLY WHAT YOU MEAN TO
Your inventory is private by default. When you need to show someone — a family member, an adjuster, an executor — share a read-only view of one property or one room. They don't need an account, and everything else stays private. Links can expire, and you can revoke them.

• Moving house: know which box holds what, and which to open first
