The mobile app was working perfectly fine but was so surprised when it stopped working some days ago and I noticed that it stopped working since the day you added the feature of how we can connect our wallet to the app. Please kindly help us to fix it, and if by removing connecting our wallet feature using mobile app that was added to the app is the only way to fix it, we will be glad, at least we can be doing that through our Personal Computers. Thanks, looking forward to your quick response.

I was using this app for almost a month in Season#4. The points get collected everyday. Now today morning suddenly all points disappeared and shows 0. And season #5 started. Where are my hard earned season4 points? The app doesn't allow you to connect wallet, no KYC, no token distribution, no information on what is happening. Rewards for social connection are all locked and no mention of when it will be unlocked. Looks like a scam.
